St Peter's Fish (Tilapia) has been farmed for about 2,500 years. It is a fast-growing tropical fish native to Israel. St Peter's Fish is a hardy, prolific fish.

We have developed 88 hectares of land, creating a complex system of channels and drainage, reproduction ponds, reversion, breeding, and fattening pools, each of these with it's respective structures.
